Support and billing
Help with DocVoc, your account, your plan, cancellations and charges. We answer Monday to Saturday, 9:00–19:00 IST.
If you are already using DocVoc, the quickest route is Contact support inside the app: raise a request there and our reply comes back in the app and by email, with the request number.
Please keep patient information out of support messages. DocVoc staff cannot open your visits, notes or recordings, and do not need them to help.
Request access
DocVoc is for registered medical practitioners in India and their practices. DocVoc staff review each request; there is no self-service free trial. Tell us your practice and your specialisation and we will come back to you.
