DocVoc creates the transcript and drafts the note as a Standard Note, Progress Note, Referral Letter, or First Visit Note, whichever you choose.
Review and sign.
Read the draft, make any necessary corrections, and then sign. You can undo changes immediately after signing. Any changes made later are added as a dated addendum, while the signed note remains unchanged.

By default, DocVoc Cloud transcribes the visit and drafts the note. The audio and transcript are processed through DocVoc and our AI gateway to OpenAI. They are not used to train models. OpenAI may retain them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. On a Mac, you can choose offline processing instead, so your visit never leaves the computer.

Patient estimates assume 5-minute recorded visits. In a practice, all clinicians are on the same plan, and the practice shares its allocated hours. When you reach your monthly limit, recordings are always saved. New cloud transcription resumes the following month, after upgrading to a higher plan, or through the Mac app. Unlimited is subject to fair use. If usage exceeds 130 hours per month per clinician, we will discuss it with you; nothing is blocked. Offline processing in the Mac app is unlimited on every plan. There is no free trial. Where can I use DocVoc?
You can use DocVoc in any modern browser at accounts.docvoc.com, on your phone’s browser (you can add it to your home screen), and in the Mac app for Apple Silicon Macs. Android, iPhone, and Windows apps are coming soon. Sign in with your email and password, or use a one-time code sent to your email.
Does DocVoc need an internet connection?
The Mac app can transcribe visits and write notes offline after a one-time model download. In the browser and on phones, DocVoc Cloud does the processing, so an internet connection is required. If the connection drops during a visit, recording continues, and the audio is transcribed once you are back online.
What does it cost?
Basic is ₹999, Pro is ₹1,999, and Unlimited is ₹3,499 per clinician per month, plus 18% GST, billed through Razorpay (card or UPI autopay). Yearly billing is charged at the equivalent of ten months. Every plan includes all features; the plans differ only in the number of cloud recording hours: 30, 70, or no monthly limit. Create an account and confirm your email to get started. What happens if we use up our hours?
Nothing is lost. Recordings are always saved, and a recording in progress is never cut off. New cloud transcription resumes when your hours renew. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan or process the visit offline in the Mac app. Notes, signing, and Genie for your existing visits continue to work.
Can I use the note without reviewing it?
No. DocVoc drafts the note; you decide whether to use it. A draft may contain errors or omissions, so review the transcript and the note before signing or using it for patient care.
