VISIT NOTES FOR INDIAN DOCTORS
DocVoc listens to the visit, writes the transcript and drafts a structured note in the format you choose. You read it, fix anything, and sign. Use it in your browser, on your phone, or in the Mac app, which can also work fully offline.
You review and sign every note. Nothing is filed without you.

HOW DOCVOC WORKS
With the patient’s consent, tap Record in your browser, on your phone or in the Mac app. Pause when you need to, and add a marker at an important moment.
DocVoc writes the transcript and drafts the note as a Standard note, Progress note, Referral letter or First visit note, whichever you pick.
Read the draft, correct anything, then sign. You can undo right after signing; later changes are added as a dated addendum, and the signed note never changes.
PRIVACY, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
By default DocVoc cloud transcribes the visit and drafts the note: the audio and transcript pass through DocVoc and our AI gateway to OpenAI for processing. They are not used to train models; OpenAI may keep them for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring. On a Mac you can choose offline processing instead, and the visit never leaves the computer.
SAVED FOR YOU, ENCRYPTED
SENT ONLY TO MAKE A NOTE
Records and kept audio are encrypted before they are saved, in your browser, on your phone and in the Mac app.
An adjustable idle timer locks the app and hides patient information.
Keep or remove visit audio, choose how long transcripts are kept, and export or delete your data whenever you like.

Patients a day assume 5-minute recorded visits. In a practice every clinician is on the same plan and the practice shares its hours. When you reach your hours, recordings are always saved; new cloud transcription waits for next month, a bigger plan, or the Mac app. Unlimited is fair use: above 130 hours a month per clinician we will talk with you, and nothing is blocked. Offline processing in the Mac app is unlimited on every plan. There is no free trial: request access and we review new practices.
In any modern browser at accounts.docvoc.com, on your phone’s browser (add it to your home screen), and in the Mac app for Apple Silicon Macs. Android and iPhone apps and a Windows app are on the way. Sign in with your email and password, or with a one-time code sent to your email.
The Mac app can transcribe and write notes offline after a one-time model download. In the browser and on phones DocVoc cloud does the work, so a connection is needed; if it drops during a visit, recording carries on and the audio is transcribed once you are back online.
Basic is ₹999, Pro ₹1,999 and Unlimited ₹3,499 per clinician per month, plus 18% GST, billed through Razorpay (card or UPI autopay). Yearly billing is ten months’ price. Every plan has every feature; they differ only in cloud recording hours: 30, 70, or no monthly limit. Request access and we review new practices; there is no free trial.
Nothing is lost. Recordings are always saved, and a recording in progress is never cut off. New cloud transcription waits until your hours renew, or you can move to a bigger plan or process the visit offline in the Mac app. Notes, signing and Genie on your existing visits keep working.
No. DocVoc drafts; you decide. A draft can contain errors or omissions, so read the transcript and the note before you sign it or use it for care.
